Collection Only

Multi Auto Parts does not offer shipping, courier, delivery, or freight services. All products purchased through our online store must be collected in person from our premises.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during our normal business hours. Once your order has been prepared and is ready for collection, we will notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arriving to collect it.

Collection Requirements

When collecting an order, customers may be required to provide:

• Order confirmation.
• Valid identification, if requested.
• Any other information reasonably required to verify ownership of the order.

FULL PAYMENT (IN CASH) IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF COLLECTION.

Product Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect their products at the time of collection to ensure that:

By accepting and collecting the products, the customer acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to inspect the products prior to taking possession of them.

Risk and Ownership

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon collection and acceptance of the goods from our premises.
