Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credits for products purchased from our store.

Product Inspection Prior to Collection

Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect all products at the time of collection. Before accepting and taking possession of any product, customers should:

  • Verify that the product is in a condition that is satisfactory to them.
  • Confirm that the product is suitable for their intended use.
  • Check that the product is compatible with their vehicle, equipment, or application, where applicable.
  • Ensure that the product matches the item ordered.

By collecting and accepting the product, the customer acknowledges that they have had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the product and confirm its suitability and compatibility.

Compatibility and Fitment

It is the customer's responsibility to verify compatibility and fitment before completing the purchase and again at collection. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that are later found to be incompatible, incorrectly ordered, or no longer required.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights that customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, we will comply with our legal obligations regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
